I ask my customers to please Inner-stand when purchasing from my shop, time frames for items like my car trays, resin rolling tray sets etc.. Has a 7 to 10 days production time. My shop go's viral on all of my social media platforms, so I receive orders on a daily basis. I'm only one person who who works on hundreds of orders. So I ask for you to keep in mind that my shop is a handmade shop, and all of my items take time to produce.
As a resin artist, I run into mistakes that causes me to sometimes have to fix and or redo items, so I like to give myself some breathing room for when situations like that arise.
If you put in an order and are expecting it for a certain date without reaching out to me first through my website and or Instagram, I will cancel your order and refund you your money back. If you need a rushed order their will be a fee of $39.99 that you will be required to pay.
If you are someone who is not patient and will message me on more than one occasion asking where is my order, I will cancel your order and refund you your money back and I'm sorry to say my shop won't be accessible to you anymore in the future.
If you ever have an issue with your packing not being delivered please be sure to contact me within 30days. If you contact me past the 30days theirs nothing I can do about your package and I will not be remaking your order because I'm not covered for it.
⚠️Please be aware that I do not accept can cancellations as all of my products are made to order. Once I start that process of working on your order and have spent my hard working time and energy. There is no turning back, so please cancel your order before the time has been spent on your order. If you try to dispute a charge with your bank because you changed your mind I will challenge the dispute and let them know your commenting fraud and provide evidence of your order.

7 years ago during the start of my great awakening journey, I realized in order to achieve true freedom I could no longer be bound to the typical 9 to 5 work mindset. Upon this realization I set out on a quest to learn, build and prosper, creating and doing what I love to support myself. I have had lots of mistakes and some harsh truths along the way, but there's no such thing as failure. Only lessons learned on how to grow and flourish from every mistake I make.
