Please keep in mind we are a handmad shop not a factory. We do our best to ship out orders in a timely manner.
I ask my customers to please Inner-stand when purchasing from my shop, time frames for items like my car trays and sets, resin rolling tray sets etc.. Has a 1 to 2 months production time. My shop go's viral on all of m social media platforms, so I receive orders on a daily basis. We are only to people who works on hundreds of orders. So I ask for you to keep in mind that we are not a factory we are a handmade shop, and all of my items take time to produce.
As a resin artist, I run into mistakes that causes me to sometimes have to fix and or redo items, so I like to give myself some breathing room for when situations like that arise.
If you put in an order and are expecting it for a certain date without reaching out to me first through my website and or Instagram, I will cancel your order and refund you your money back. If you need a rushed order their will be a fee of $39.99 that you will be required to pay.
If you are someone who is not patient and will message me on more than one occasion asking where is my order, I will cancel your order and refund you your money back and I'm sorry to say my shop won't be accessible to you anymore in the future.
If you ever have an issue with your packing not being delivered please be sure to contact me within 60days. The post office only gives me 60days to put in a insurance claim, so I'm covered for the lost of that pack. If you contact me past the 60days theirs nothing I can do about your package and I will not be remaking your order because I' not covered for it.

7 years ago during the start of my great awakening journey, I realized in order to achieve true freedom I could no longer be bound to the typical 9 to 5 work mindset. Upon this realization I set out on a quest to learn, build and prosper, creating and doing what I love to support myself. I have had lots of mistakes and some harsh truths along the way, but there's no such thing as failure. Only lessons learned on how to grow and flourish from every mistake I make.
